Precision in Every Process,
Strength in Every Partnership

At our company, we understand that every partner has unique needs and requirements when it comes to manufacturing your products. That’s why we follow a customized pioneer development process for every project, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our partners every step of the way. From signing a non-disclosure agreement to finalizing the serial manufacturing schedule, we work closely with our partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet their exact specifications.

NDA:

Signing an Non-Disclosure Agreement for the Confidentiality of the information that will be exchanged.

At the start of any partnership, we prioritize confidentiality and privacy. That’s why we always begin with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure that all information shared between us and our partners remains confidential. We understand that our partners may have proprietary information that they don’t want to share, and we respect their privacy by signing an NDA before beginning any further discussions.

CAD + DRAWINGS:

Once an NDA is signed, we move on to the CAD + Drawings stage. Our partners provide us with SolidWorks Pack & Go files, DWG or DXF files of the parts for laser cutting, PDFs with technical and welding drawings, and a BOM list. These files serve as the basis for our manufacturing process, and we use them to ensure that we meet our partners’ exact specifications.

PRICING:

After receiving all the necessary files and information, we provide an estimate for the project’s first price. We understand that cost is a crucial factor for our partners, and we strive to provide a competitive and transparent pricing system that ensures mutual satisfaction.

SAMPLING:

Once pricing is agreed upon, we move on to the sampling stage. Here, our partners send us a sample of the product for us to review all details, including quality, packaging, personalization, and any other requirements they may have. This stage is crucial as it allows us to make any necessary adjustments before moving forward with the project.

PROTOTYPING:

After reviewing the sample, we manufacture 2-3 prototypes based on the provided information and sample. This stage allows our partners to see a physical representation of the product and make any final adjustments or changes before proceeding to the next stage.

Act VI

ZERO SERIES MANUFACTURING:

Next, we manufacture 20 pieces of the product, which we use to track, monitor, and check the manufacturing process together with our partners. This stage is crucial in ensuring that the final product meets our partners’ exact specifications and quality requirements.

SERIAL MANUFACTURING:

Finally, we set up the serial manufacturing schedule for the year with our partners. This ensures that we can meet their demands for the product while maintaining a consistent level of quality and meeting agreed-upon delivery times. We believe that clear and regular communication is key to any successful partnership, and we work closely with our partners throughout this stage to ensure that they are satisfied with the final product.
